Our Saviour parish seeks to hire a full-time hands-on Administrative Coordinator to provide additional support to carry out the increasing administrative and business tasks necessary to maintain and enhance the work and mission of the parish. This new position will work in close collaboration with the current small dedicated administrative staff of the Business Manager (PT), and Office Manager (FT). The position will become familiar with multiple operational responsibilities of the current staff, provide backup as needed, oversee several areas that will be transitioned, and develop systems to better carry out ongoing tasks. These responsibilities fall into several categories that include general administration, fiscal, scheduling, facilities, parishioner database, volunteers.
