Toronto's finest a capella choir Opus 8 performs a concert of
sacred choral music, to delight the ears at the start of the week.
Described in the press as "Masterful in sound", "both beautiful and
powerful" with "expert phrasing, precision and a panoply of
colours and textures", they offer repertoire from the renaissance to
the present day.

Featuring pieces by living composers Judith Weir, Nancy Wertsch,
Stephanie Martin, Cecilia McDowall, and Roxanna Panufnik,
as well as liturgical hidden gems by Byrd, Gibbons, Sheppard, and
Tomkins
